Web enabling a CRM system for GMS in Paderborn, Germany

The AMS NileSoft project is a project for web enabling AMS 3.0

product. The AMS 3.0 is Customer Service Management software that handles all components of the service calls, from call center and dispatching to mobile service. The application is written using 3-tier architecture. The interface is written with Visual C++ and the application server is written using Java. The application server connects to a SAP System.,/dl>

The AMS NileSoft project will replace the front end with Java components (JSP, Servlets) to run from a thin client (Java enabled browser).  All business components are written using Java and running on an application server.
